Oxford Assembly is prayerfully seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to provide Christ-centered preaching, spiritual leadership, and pastoral oversight to our growing congregation of 100+ attendees.

We are a vibrant church affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), committed to biblical teaching, authentic community, and meaningful engagement within our town and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver strong, biblically grounded preaching and teaching

Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care

Disciple and mentor emerging leaders

Equip and mobilize the congregation for ministry

Guide and strengthen community outreach and engagement

Qualifications

A degree in theology or pastoral ministry (preferred)

Alignment with PAOC doctrine and values (required)

Previous pastoral experience, particularly in church leadership (strongly preferred)

Demonstrated ability to lead, shepherd, and inspire a growing congregation

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package including:

Base salary of $60,000 – $85,000, depending on experience

Vehicle allowance

Comprehensive employment benefits

Relocation support where appropriate
