Learning the Proper Notes for Risk Reduction

Start at the very beginning by transforming policies and procedures training into a memorable melody using the "Do-Re-Mi" method. This session equips leaders to simplify complex risk-reduction protocols into catchy, manageable notes volunteers will remember!  You will leave with a customizable outline and slides you can use for your next Risk Reduction annual training.   

Please bring the following to this Lunch and Learn Training. 

• A copy of your current Risk Reduction ( aka Abuse Prevention/Child Protection) Policy and Procedures Handbook. ( you are going to make notes directly on the copy.  OR a copy in a Word Document on your computer (that you can make comments and highlight changes that need to be made. 

• Pen and highlighter

Leann Woelk is a Children's Ministry Specialist who serves as Mission Canada's Next Gen Children's Coordinator for the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. She is a speaker, writer, certified INCM Coach and provides training, support and care to those on the front lines of children's ministry as the Founder of Handle with Care Ministries. She delights in the small things in life, finding fun in the ordinary and laughing through all life's ups and downs. Her greatest joy is hanging out with her husband of 38 years, her two sons, her daughter-in-law’s and her grandchildren at their home in Canada.
